Rental Process

  1. Place Your Order : Complete your booking through our dedicated booking page by June 2, 2026. Your order details will be shared with the Lions International Convention organizers to arrange ADA transportation planning.
  2. Provide Information : Submit the following details:

    • Name Used for Hotel Booking
    • Contact Phone Number
  3. Delivery : We will deliver the power wheelchair to your hotel’s concierge by July 2, 2026.
  4. Collection : Upon arrival, collect your power wheelchair from the hotel’s concierge.
  5. Return : When returning the power wheelchair, leave it with the concierge and notify us to arrange pickup.
